If everyone is destined to have fifteen minutes of achieving fame in their lifetime, how would you choose to spend it? I'd like to pass this opportunity on to Firefly. In this fan project titled The Dream of the Firefly Girl, a life-sized 1:1 Fireflly figurine will be showcased at the upcoming Shanghai Wonder Festival (WF) on October 2nd-3rd next week. Over a year of painstaking effort has been poured into every stage, from original artwork creation, modeling, production, to painting. Finally, it is ready to make its official debut on the Wonder Festival. This project is a gift to all the Firefly lovers around the world; it is also a dream bestowed upon Firefly herself, allowing this innocent yet resilient girl to become the protagonist for a day and leave an indelible mark of "existence" in this world. We hope this heartfelt sentiment can reach Firefly, and that she will know there are people who will always stand by her, supporting and witnessing her until the very end as she battles against her fate.
